2. What happens after I place my order?
Each order is reviewed by at least two members of the EZ TeeZ
team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print. For
orders of 6 or more items, you'll get an email with a picture proof and
details of any corrections before we process your order. Your products
are then decorated using screen printing, digital printing, or
embroidery, and shipped to your door by your guaranteed delivery date.
You can check the status of your order at any time using the Order
Number included in your confirmation email on our Order Tracking page.
3. When will I receive my order?
For T-shirts and most apparel, standard delivery within the contiguous
48 United States is 2 weeks from the time you place your order to the
time it arrives at your door! Check today's delivery timetable.
Rush orders are delivered in 1 week.
4. What if I have a problem with my order?
Please call EZ TeeZ at 1-700-555-TEEZ if you have a question or are
dissatisfied with your order for any reason.
We're available 7 days a week 8am-11pm ET Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm ET Saturday and Sunday.
Every situation is different, but generally, if there is something
wrong with your order or if it arrives later than promised, we'll work
to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know
within 15 days of receiving your order.
